Bilingual Outbound Sales Specialist / Cold Caller

About the role

PMG Property Mitigation Group is expanding its remote call‑center team and seeks a bilingual outbound sales specialist to connect Florida homeowners with essential restoration services. This full‑time, remote position focuses on high‑volume cold calling, educating prospects about potential property damage, and scheduling free inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to targeted homeowner lists in Florida using a dialing system.
• Overcome objections, qualify leads, and secure free property‑inspection appointments for field technicians.
• Log call outcomes, notes, and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain energy, professionalism, and persistence throughout each shift.

Required profile

• Advanced or native English proficiency (C1/C2) and conversational Spanish.
• Proven experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Experience in US real‑estate, roofing, or solar campaigns is a strong plus.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment.

What we offer

• Base salary of USD 300 per month plus commission potential up to USD 400 per month.
