Career Coach (part-time)

About the role

TripleTen is looking for a part‑time Career Coach to guide 150‑200 students and graduates through their job‑search journey. You will work in a group setting, provide one‑on‑one office hours, and host workshops to ensure graduates are ready for the tech job market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150–200 students, offering group coaching and individual office hours as needed.
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios and cover letters, delivering feedback within 24 hours.
• Conduct mock HR and cultural‑fit interviews and assess performance using internal guidelines.
• Track student progress in internal systems, flagging risks such as disengagement or delays.
• Facilitate community channels, share job‑market insights and provide practical guidance.
• Host webinars, career events and support the development of career workshops.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve career services and the overall student experience.
• Maintain structured records, respond to student inquiries within 24 hours and monitor key performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a career coach, recruiter, HR professional or hiring manager.
• Strong understanding of the US job market, hiring practices and cultural nuances.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic and solution‑oriented feedback.
