Client Intake Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑paced law firm seeking an energetic and compassionate Client Intake Specialist to be the first voice prospective new clients hear. You will manage the entire intake journey, from the initial phone call or email inquiry to booking a consultation, directly influencing firm revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from prospective clients and conduct a thorough intake.
• Deliver a compelling pitch to qualified prospects and schedule consultations.
• Proactively re‑engage older leads that have gone cold.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to streamline the intake process.
