Community Manager (Freelancer)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Community Manager to live in our brands’ Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube comments and DMs daily, ensuring each community feels cared for. You will manage multiple consumer brands, handling inbox sweeps, proactive commenting, contest moderation and real‑time engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Run inbox sweeps twice daily across Sprout Social for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Reply in each brand’s voice, prioritising purchase intent, fit/product questions and issues, and route sizing/refund queries to customer service.
• Proactively join conversations using TalkWalker and native search, and comment‑market the brands.
• Follow each brand’s response matrix and FAQ, escalating sensitive matters quickly.
• Spot real‑time trends and suggest timely comments and replies.
• Log product requests, recurring complaints and sentiment, feeding a monthly report to the account team.
• Leverage AI tools for drafting replies, triage and summaries, keeping all workflows documented in shared accounts.

Required profile

• Perfect written English; the role is client‑facing in public daily.
• 2+ years of hands‑on community management for consumer brands, ideally agency experience.
• Daily fluency in Instagram and TikTok culture; X experience is a plus.
• Fast, organised and reliable, especially during launches and live moments.

Required skills

• Experience with Sprout Social or a similar social‑media management tool.
• Proficiency with social listening tools such as TalkWalker.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily workflow.
• Strong command of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Ability to work with Excel for logic assessments and reporting.
