Corporate FP&A Manager – LAM

About the role

The Corporate FP&A Manager for the LAM region will ensure effective financial operations, provide strategic analysis, and support decision‑making across local and regional teams. This role is responsible for accurate accounting, budgeting, cash management, and performance optimisation to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and internal controls.
• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and periodic forecasting, delivering accurate forecasts and monthly business reviews.
• Analyse store performance, investment strategies and financial KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute cash‑management strategies, monitor daily cash positions and perform regular reconciliations.
• Collaborate with regional finance, tax, FP&A, commercial controllers and auditors to provide reliable financial data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial control.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting and strategic analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting policies, IFRS and local GAAP.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support business optimisation.
