Customer Support Consultant – Native Spanish (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a native‑Spanish Customer Support Consultant to join its global, multilingual team. You will work remotely from anywhere in LATAM, providing phone, chat, and email assistance to customers of leading SaaS, software, and hardware brands.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve technical incidents, access issues, and service complaints.
• Manage ticket backlog and ensure timely resolution according to KPI targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tools, platforms, and security practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with advanced (C1) English proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong analytical thinking.
• Reliable personal computer (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Aircall or similar call‑center software.
