About the role

Level60 Consulting, in partnership with Inspire Brands, is seeking a full‑time Data Scientist to design and deliver advanced AI/ML solutions that power the digital transformation of a portfolio of leading restaurant brands. The role is hybrid, based in Bogota, and focuses on turning large, multi‑domain datasets into actionable insights that drive revenue and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work with complex datasets spanning customer, POS, loyalty, media, and digital engagement channels.
• Conduct deep statistical analysis and build machine‑learning models for personalized marketing, promotional effectiveness, and paid‑media optimization.
• Develop and automate analytics pipelines and forecasting models that support multiple brands generating over $1 billion in annual revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows and decision‑making processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategy and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Statistics and strong analytical mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience handling large‑scale data environments and delivering production‑ready models.
