Finance Services Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance Services Manager to lead end‑to‑end reconciliation and settlement activities in Colombia. You will oversee treasury and operational accounts, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support the stability and efficiency of our financial processes as the company continues its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise scalable finance processes to sustain Revolut’s hyper‑growth in Colombia.
• Lead the treasury back‑office operation, managing daily cash flows and liquidity.
• Ensure all reconciliations are performed accurately and on schedule.
• Deliver actionable insights on accounts management to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee settlement of accounts with counterparties, partners, and vendors.
• Map efficiency processes with robust controls and guarantee compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree from a top university in economics, business administration, mathematics, finance, or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced banking or fintech environment.
• Proven track record driving strategies, planning processes, and managing complex financial projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to break complex problems into manageable parts.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, natural curiosity, and desire to make a measurable impact.
