Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Join Mastercard's Chief Administrative Office as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate month‑end close, expense monitoring, and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the CAO.
• Support month‑end close processes, prepare analyses, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Monitor CAO expenses, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve financial questions and issues proactively.
• Contribute to automation and streamlining of FP&A processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting, support special projects, and respond to inquiries as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities, model‑building, and predictive analytics skills.
• Experience improving processes and recommending enhancements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
