About the role
River Global is seeking a proactive freelancer to support its client at the Alimentec – Anuga Select Colombia trade show. You will work on‑site in Bogota, representing the client, managing booth activities and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors and partners during the event.
Key responsibilities
- Represent and promote the client’s products and services throughout the trade show.
- Support booth operations, maintaining a professional and organized environment.
- Coordinate and assist with scheduled meetings at the booth, including welcoming attendees and handling follow‑ups.
- Provide on‑site assistance to the manager and team, addressing operational and logistical needs.
- Engage with visitors, buyers and stakeholders, directing opportunities to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with general event activities to ensure the mission and client objectives are met.
Required profile
- Experience in event coordination, marketing or market research (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable and business‑oriented mindset.
