Graphic Designer – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote

About the role

Higher Options is looking for a bilingual Graphic Designer to join its in‑house marketing team. You will work remotely, collaborating with a Creative Marketing Coordinator to bring hospitality brands to life across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets such as social posts, newsletters, menus, and decks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Use Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop for design work.
• Create branded newsletters in Flodesk.
• Update and refine Squarespace websites.
• Build reusable design templates for internal use.
• Develop visual reference boards on Pinterest.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense aligned with audience, platform, and message.
• Well‑organized and able to prioritize effectively.
• Clear communicator, open to feedback, and team‑oriented.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Flodesk.
• Experience with Squarespace.
• Familiarity with Canva.
