Head of Business Operations (Senior Leadership)

About the Role

As Head of Business Operations, you will be the strategic engine driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the entire organization.

Main Missions

• Act as the central coordination hub between Delivery, Talent, Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Finance departments.
• Translate business development objectives into actionable, clear operational plans.
• Ensure cross-functional execution of OKRs and drive organizational alignment.
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable processes to support rapid growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify operational gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Establish operational rhythms, including strategic planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide data-driven insights and structured frameworks to support executive decision-making.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in business operations, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to bridge multiple departments.
