About the role

DEUNA is seeking a Head of Finance to lead all financial functions as the company scales its AI‑powered payments platform. The role will shape financial strategy, support sustainable growth, and ensure robust financial operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth targets.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to the executive team and investors.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including tax, IFRS, and payments‑industry requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support rapid expansion.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, optimizing capital and liquidity.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to track KPIs such as revenue, margins, and customer acquisition costs.
• Provide actionable insights on cost structures, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee investor relations and transparent communication of financial performance.
