Healthcare Recruiter – Full Cycle

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for medical positions. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify job requirements with hiring managers and manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Source candidates from ATS, internal pools, and external platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Review resumes, submit qualified candidates to hiring managers, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment records, support project work, and follow established policies and guidelines.
• Utilize project‑management tools to track recruitment projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Professional attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements.
• Team‑oriented and reliable, capable of following through on tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with project‑management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Use of recruitment software and Hubstaff (web and desktop apps).
• Comfort with communication platforms such as WhatsApp and Zoom.
