Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will ensure a smooth, engaging experience while supporting the talent acquisition team in meeting client hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and other applicant data.
• Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
• Provide candidates with preparation support before client interviews.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
