About the role
As a Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will ensure a smooth, engaging experience while supporting the talent acquisition team in meeting client hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and other applicant data.
- Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
- Provide candidates with preparation support before client interviews.
- Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
