IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to ongoing business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize the existing pool of pre‑vetted IT candidates.
• Select, prepare, and present candidates to clients, adhering to defined parameters and timelines.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, ensuring high quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition teams to meet staffing goals.
• Write concise candidate summaries and edit resumes for optimal presentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and process‑oriented.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English.
