Join a cutting-edge AI development initiative as a Junior Software Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence by participating in a paid, remote training program focused on enhancing Large Language Models (LLMs) through high-quality code evaluation and generation.

Missions principales

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Rate AI responses across multiple dimensions, including correctness, instruction following, and overall quality.
• Design and write complex computer science problems and coding challenges to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, logical errors, and inconsistencies in generated code following structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to drive continuous model improvement.
• Strictly adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Profil recherché

• Software Engineering background (Junior, Mid, or Senior level).
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, flexible environment.
• Proven expertise in at least one major programming language.
• Must be legally authorized to work in one of the eligible Latin American countries.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and coding standards.
• Experience in Full-stack, Back-end, Front-end, or Mobile development is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills for technical feedback.
