Missions principales

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Grade AI responses based on specific dimensions including correctness, instruction following, and overall code quality.
• Design complex programming challenges and coding prompts to rigorously test and improve AI model performance.
• Identify bugs, logical errors, and inconsistencies within generated snippets following structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and well-structured written feedback to facilitate continuous model improvement.
• Maintain strict compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Profil recherché

• Software Engineering background (Junior, Intermediate, or Senior level).
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Proven ability to provide structured technical feedback.
• Legal authorization to work in supported Latin American countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, etc.).

Competences requises

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and coding standards.
• Experience in Full-stack, Backend, Frontend, or Mobile development is highly valued.
