Middle Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Middle Technical Support Engineer to join our remote Support Team. You will work with global Fortune 500 clients across industries such as Mobility, Retail, Financial Services, Travel, Telecom and more, ensuring smooth operation of cutting‑edge technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and escalated support for SaaS, identity, and endpoint environments.
• Manage tickets using Atlassian Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshdesk or ServiceNow.
• Configure and troubleshoot Okta SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle.
• Administer Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace and macOS devices (JAMF MDM).
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and GitHub/GitLab repositories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical or IT support.
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• Basic knowledge of server hardware, operating systems and networking (DNS).
• Practical understanding of ITIL incident, problem, change and service‑request processes.
• Ability to analyse complex issues, work independently and manage multiple tasks.
