About the role
Twilio is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day HR processes for its remote‑first workforce. The role will partner with People functions and HR Business Partners to deliver a seamless employee experience and maintain data integrity across core HR systems.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage the HRIS system to perform transactions and support employees and internal stakeholders.
- Provide HR support on benefits, compensation, policies, relocation, payroll, HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), mobility, immigration and general inquiries.
- Administer, communicate and process core HR processes.
- Partner with People functions and HRBPs to execute operational processes with focus on employee experience and data integrity.
- Mentor and assist employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR data and projects.
- Participate in system testing and support program rollouts, new systems and processes.
- Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to users and partners.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Broad understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
