Performance Consultant – Revenue Enablement & Sales Training

About the role

GP Strategies is seeking a bilingual Performance Consultant to drive revenue enablement and sales training for global sales organizations. This fully remote position will work with international stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual onboarding and continuous learning sessions for sales and commercial teams.
• Design and develop learning assets such as presentations, playbooks, facilitator guides, and sales enablement materials.
• Translate business requirements and operational goals into engaging training solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to identify performance gaps and learning needs.
• Support sales performance improvement through coaching, reinforcement activities, and targeted interventions.
• Deliver interactive experiences that promote knowledge retention and practical application.
• Track training effectiveness and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with KPIs.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to stay current on product updates, process changes, and business priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Revenue Enablement, or related fields.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in virtual or hybrid environments.
• Ability to create training content from concept to delivery.
• Exposure to B2B or B2C sales environments and familiarity with sales coaching methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency; bilingual ability preferred.
