Production Coordinator – Digital Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Production Coordinator (Digital Operations) to join Omnicom Production LATAM in Bogotá. The role supports production workflows, operational coordination, and content delivery across multiple projects, working closely with production, account, and operations teams to ensure timely execution and strong process control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflows and support day‑to‑day project execution.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and task completion across projects.
• Manage assets, documentation, and internal systems.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration with production, account, and operations teams.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to internal processes and workflows.
• Assist with workflow organization, reporting, and project tracking.
• Handle production‑related administrative processes.
• Support contract‑related processes and documentation.
• Assist in coordination with external stakeholders when required.
• Contribute to compliance and internal process alignment.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in production coordination, audiovisual or post‑production environments, or project/operations roles.
• Experience in account coordination or account executive roles within an agency setting is a plus.
• Advanced English level (mandatory).
