About the role
We are looking for a Proposal & Business Development Specialist to join pubGENIUS’s sales team. The role is fully remote and part‑time, focusing on acquiring new clients for our React.js, Next.js and AdTech projects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources.
- Review client requirements and craft tailored, high‑quality proposals that align with their needs.
- Write, refine and optimise proposal content to ensure clarity, strong positioning and consistency with our brand voice.
- Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients.
- Track proposal performance, including timing and response rates, and maintain a consistent daily output.
- Analyse proposal data to identify patterns and improve conversion strategies.
- Collaborate closely with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on pipeline activity and outcomes.
Required profile
- Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing or business development.
- Strong English writing skills (minimum B2‑C1 level).
- Experience with client acquisition, outreach and lead drafting.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis and strategy.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.
- Strong attention to detail, independent and proactive working style.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional and international teams.
- Genuine interest in technology and digital products.
