Proposal & Business Development Specialist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Proposal & Business Development Specialist to join pubGENIUS’s sales team. The role is fully remote and part‑time, focusing on acquiring new clients for our React.js, Next.js and AdTech projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources.
• Review client requirements and craft tailored, high‑quality proposals that align with their needs.
• Write, refine and optimise proposal content to ensure clarity, strong positioning and consistency with our brand voice.
• Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients.
• Track proposal performance, including timing and response rates, and maintain a consistent daily output.
• Analyse proposal data to identify patterns and improve conversion strategies.
• Collaborate closely with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on pipeline activity and outcomes.

Required profile

• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong English writing skills (minimum B2‑C1 level).
• Experience with client acquisition, outreach and lead drafting.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis and strategy.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.
• Strong attention to detail, independent and proactive working style.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital products.
