Recruitment Coordinator – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

Doxa is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high‑volume hiring for property‑management and corporate positions. This remote role is ideal for a bilingual professional who enjoys fast‑paced recruiting, building strong candidate relationships, and delivering a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for property‑management and selected corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, AI‑enabled tools, and other approved channels.
• Conduct phone and virtual screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate next steps.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in the ATS.
• Use AI tools to craft job posts and candidate communications with a human tone.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and California hiring guidelines.
• Provide regular recruiting updates and support onboarding handoffs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or multi‑site operations.
• Advanced English (C1) and Spanish proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled recruiting tools.
