About the Role
Join a global leader in B2B technological solutions through Chronos Consulting. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in the technology and hardware sector.
Main Missions
- Actively prospect high-potential clients and convert marketing leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to promote new technological products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Create, present, and negotiate high-impact commercial proposals and complex solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and achieve revenue, opportunity, and forecasting targets.
Candidate Profile
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Technology, Hardware, or IT Supplies industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 level) is mandatory for regional operations.
