Remote iOS Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote iOS Developer to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, offering flexibility for software engineers at any career stage.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
