Sales Account Executive – LATAM (Colombia)

About the role

Qureos is looking for an energetic Sales Account Executive to lead commercial expansion across Latin America, with a focus on Colombia. You will own the full sales cycle, build pipelines, and help shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing AI‑driven hiring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations and contract signing for mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and customer success to maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Identify partnership opportunities and new growth vectors across the LATAM region.
• Adapt and refine Qureos’s market approach as the company expands beyond Colombia.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with a proven quota‑attainment record.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian and broader LATAM enterprise landscape, especially HR and talent acquisition buying processes.
• Native Spanish speaker, strong business English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise accounts, preferably in HR tech, AI or recruitment technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
