About the role

Level60 Consulting is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative strategy for iconic brands. You will shape visual identity, inspire action, and drive high‑impact design across multiple platforms. The role is hybrid, based in Bogota, and part of Maverick Studios, the in‑house agency for Inspire Brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for brand portfolios, including pitch decks, packaging, signage, and social media assets.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate strategic goals into effective design solutions.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all work aligns with the creative vision of each client.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead design projects from concept through execution.
