Senior Operations Manager – Bilingual

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Operations Manager to partner directly with the CEO and drive strategic execution across multiple business units. This hybrid role, based in Medellín with regular travel to the United States, focuses on building scalable structures, aligning teams, and ensuring operational excellence in fast‑growing, service‑oriented companies.

Key responsibilities

• Align operational execution across diverse business units and leadership teams.
• Develop and enforce organizational structures, standards, and accountability systems.
• Optimize processes, workflows, and overall operational efficiency.
• Lead managers and cross‑functional teams, implementing KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Drive productivity, consistency, and scalability through automation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate operations between Colombia and the United States, translating strategy into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Highly organized, execution‑oriented, and strategic yet hands‑on.
• Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in high‑growth environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience building structure and operational alignment across teams.
• Ability to enforce accountability, discipline, and follow‑through.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Expertise in KPIs, operational metrics, and process optimization.
• Experience managing multi‑site operations, multiple business units, or complex teams.
