About the role

Objective Recruiting is seeking a high‑performance Senior Recruiter to own end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our data‑driven hiring platform. This remote, full‑cycle role focuses on outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing for primarily Canada‑based positions.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt and qualify passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn, and multi‑channel sourcing techniques.
• Build structured talent maps across companies, roles, and adjacent talent pools.
• Execute highly personalized outreach, maintain candidate momentum, and manage follow‑ups across time zones.
• Conduct structured, recorded interviews aligned to hiring briefs and success criteria.
• Drive late‑stage processes such as reference checks, work‑sample reviews, and final negotiations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove friction and ensure a strong candidate and client experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years in outbound/headhunting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines as a business, meet aggressive timelines, and maintain high quality.
• Professional remote workspace with high‑speed internet, quality camera and audio.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, transparent work style.
