Senior Research Consultant – Americas

About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) Research Consultant to join Appinio’s Research Consulting Team. You will guide enterprise clients through the full market‑research cycle, from methodology selection and questionnaire design to analysis, storytelling and delivery of actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner for clients, advising on study design, target groups and sample sizes.
• Develop bespoke questionnaires for use‑case such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff and Conjoint.
• Analyse quantitative data, interpret results and produce top‑level and in‑depth reports.
• Present insights with a focus on storytelling, actionability and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Research Operations to set up fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
• Work closely with the sales team on onboarding new customers.
• Contribute to project management and the strategic development of research processes and products.

Required profile

• Degree in psychology, marketing, market research, statistics or a related data‑focused field.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative market‑research methods and survey design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
• Experience advising enterprise clients and delivering insights.
