Senior Software Engineer – Contract

About the role

Pear Suite is a mission‑driven healthcare technology company focused on improving community‑based care. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer on a contract basis to help design, build, and maintain scalable, human‑centered solutions that empower frontline health workers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, reusable software components.
• Document architectural decisions and design specifications clearly.
• Develop high‑quality code following software engineering best practices.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
• Build, configure, and manage cloud environments on GCP and AWS.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software quality engineering experience in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time (PST) hours.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
