Senior Software Engineer – Full-Stack (Colombia)

About the role

Osmind is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Product Engineering team and help shape the technical foundation of a new mental‑health platform. You will work closely with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to deliver software that directly improves patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Influence and define architecture decisions across the full stack.
• Own complex product features from design through production deployment.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers via code reviews, design feedback, and pairing.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable solutions.
• Identify and address technical debt, reliability issues, and developer experience improvements.
• Leverage AI coding tools in daily development and share best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience delivering complex features in production.
• Proven ability to own and ship technical initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Experience contributing to early‑stage (0‑1) product builds.
• Clear communicator comfortable collaborating across engineering and product teams.
• Passion for improving mental health care.
