Senior Talent Acquisition – Healthcare (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment, onboarding and employment administration for our healthcare operations in Colombia. The role will manage end‑to‑end hiring for administrative, operational and professional positions while also supporting the screening and onboarding of medical experts and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from drafting job ads to coordinating interviews and conducting assessments.
• Source, screen and maintain pipelines of candidates using ATS and other recruiting platforms.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new hires and contractors, preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with employment eligibility requirements.
• Draft, revise and manage offer letters, employment contracts, contractor agreements and related legal documentation.
• Support HR compliance, policy administration and employee relations, including coordination with external legal counsel when needed.
• Assist leadership with document preparation and administrative legal support, ensuring confidentiality and consistency.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 3+ years of experience in senior HR, talent acquisition or people operations roles within global or international companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes, including contract preparation.

Required skills

• Strong drafting and document management abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
