Senior Technical Program Manager (AI & Product)

About the role

Join Cadre AI, a premier AI strategy and integration firm, as a Technical Program Manager. You will serve as the operational backbone of our Product, Research, and Engineering (PRE) team, bridging the gap between high-level product vision and precise technical execution.

Main Missions

• Act as the central link between product scope and technical delivery, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Translate complex Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) into actionable, granular technical tasks and executable workflows.
• Manage project lifecycles by breaking down complex initiatives into manageable sprints and conducting daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Monitor technical progress across multiple simultaneous projects, proactively identifying dependencies and resource requirements.
• Ensure seamless delivery to client-facing teams by validating requirements and eliminating technical blockers before they impact production.
• Structure and maintain project organization within ClickUp, managing estimations, assignments, and complex dependencies.

Profile we are looking for

• Proven experience in building and launching technical products.
• Strong expertise in writing and validating high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Exceptional ability to identify scope gaps and anticipate technical bottlenecks.
• Highly organized professional capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• Advanced Project Management (Agile/Scrum methodologies)
