Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

CirrusLabs is expanding its talent acquisition team across LATAM and seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter based in Colombia. You will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen technical candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sourcing and recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset within a global team.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment pipelines and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
