SEO and Local Search Specialist

About the role

The SEO and Local Search Specialist will own multi‑location SEO performance for competitive lending markets. You will build and scale high‑performance local search ecosystems, directly influencing how customers discover and engage with our financial services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market‑by‑market SEO strategies, prioritising high‑intent local keywords.
• Develop and scale location‑based landing pages, ensuring SEO optimisation and conversion focus.
• Own and optimise Google Business Profile listings, manage weekly posts, Q&A, and review strategies.
• Track rankings and competitor activity using SEMrush and related tools, delivering actionable insights.
• Maintain technical SEO health, improve site speed, and optimise internal linking and structured data.
• Connect SEO performance to business outcomes such as traffic, leads, and conversions.

Required profile

• 3‑7+ years of SEO experience, preferably in local or multi‑location environments.
• Strong understanding of local SEO ranking factors and Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies and deliver measurable results.
