SEO Content Specialist (Local SEO)

About the role

Mettano is looking for an SEO Content Specialist to lead content creation for home‑service clients across the United States. You will craft service pages, location pages, and blog posts that rank well in local search and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit high‑quality blog posts, service pages, and location pages for home‑service businesses.
• Apply on‑page SEO best practices, including internal linking, URL structure, heading hierarchy, meta descriptions, and keyword placement.
• Review and improve existing client content, identifying gaps and enhancing overall quality.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to align content priorities, timelines, and feedback.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding content strategy and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Proven experience in SEO, on‑page optimization, and content creation for local businesses.
• Ability to work remotely with a minimum of five hours of daily overlap with EST.
