About the role
The Service Experience Consultant will act as the key liaison between Client Services and Product teams for Visa Accept in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. You will drive the onboarding, implementation and launch of Visa Accept, ensuring a scalable and client‑focused enablement process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end Visa Accept launch as a project manager, guiding clients from onboarding through production.
- Collaborate with Service Experience team members, Account Managers and product owners to align on product enhancements and deployment plans.
- Liaise with Global Service Experience and regional peers to evaluate pilots, product updates and technical business enhancements.
- Gather and convey feedback from Client Services stakeholders and external clients to continuously improve processes and products.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new Visa products, partners and methodologies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client enablement, product support or related consulting roles.
- Strong matrix‑management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to represent Client Services interests in product discussions.
- Ability to manage complex, strategic initiatives independently.
