Service Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking Service Reliability Engineers to join our global team supporting mission‑critical airline platforms. In this role you will ensure high availability, scalability and performance of production systems while driving automation and operational excellence across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high availability, scalability and resilience of production services.
• Lead incident, problem and change management following ITIL practices.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks, deployments and recovery processes.
• Design and improve monitoring, alerting and observability frameworks.
• Support infrastructure across cloud, on‑premise, containerized and distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot multi‑stack applications, including .NET/C# services running on IIS.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform and product teams in a follow‑the‑sun model.
• Document processes, playbooks and contribute to post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or production engineering role.
• Strong background in production operations, incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience working with Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Ability to work in distributed, global teams and participate in on‑call rotations.
