ServiceNow Developer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a technology services company based in Canada. The position is fully remote, targeting candidates in LATAM and working within EST/CST time zones. You will focus on the ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, delivering custom solutions and supporting integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules.
• Administer the platform, including user, role, ACL, and table management.
• Create and maintain workflows, notifications, and scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Participate in requirements gathering and technical design sessions with the client team.
• Implement integrations with external tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Document technical developments and configurations.

Required profile

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience administering ServiceNow instances and working with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Conversational upper‑intermediate English (B2+).

Required skills

• JavaScript applied to the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 concepts.
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio or NOW Platform App Engine (nice to have).
• Understanding of ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Implementation Specialist certifications (optional but desirable).
