Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join Source Meridian’s engineering team. You will ensure the high availability and reliability of our cloud‑native production environments that support healthcare technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and improve production systems for high availability.
• Respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and drive remediation.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability dashboards (Datadog).
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure using Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and release quality.
• Support cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in on‑call rotations with an incentive bonus.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps or related roles.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Required skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Monitoring and observability with Datadog.
• Scripting in Python and/or Bash.
• Incident management and production support.
