Software Engineer Consultant – Cloud Solutions

About the role

Pariveda is opening a new office in Bogotá and is looking for a Software Engineer Consultant to help design, develop, and maintain cloud‑based applications for its Solutions Center. The role works closely with US‑based teams and directly with clients, delivering end‑to‑end technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain cloud applications on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including US colleagues and client stakeholders.
• Build modern web interfaces using frameworks such as React, Redux, Angular or Vue.
• Contribute to mobile solutions for iOS and Android platforms.
• Apply best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of full‑time software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
