Software Engineer – Java & Go (Remote, Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing global fintech partner. The role focuses on integrating partner platforms across Latin America and the US, using modern Java and Go technologies within cloud environments. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate external partner systems with our platform, aligning technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide, including early‑morning or late‑evening meetings.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced expansion environment and diverse collaborator needs.
• Design and develop scalable, high‑quality services using distributed systems and cloud technologies.
• Participate in technical design sessions and ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into robust code.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Go.
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, and database concepts.
• Payments‑industry exposure is a plus.
• Fast learner, flexible schedule, and fluent in English and Spanish.
