Stage - Technical Core Engineer (Cloud & Telecom)

About the Position

Join our world-class Customer Technology team and play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery and operations of Nokia Cloud Core and Application solutions. As a Technical Core Intern, you will work alongside industry-leading engineers to support major mobile operators across Latin America, gaining hands-on experience in a high-impact global environment.

Main Missions

• Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts and health check routines for IMS Voice, Packet Core, and Cloud Infrastructure platforms.
• Assist in system performance monitoring and data analysis to identify critical optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot incidents and support service delivery activities.
• Gain practical, real-world experience with cutting-edge cloud core technologies and telecommunications solutions.
• Develop professional expertise in problem-solving, data analysis, and technical support within a global framework.

Profile Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced technological landscape.
• Resilient and highly adaptable to dynamic, evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Required Skills

• Foundational data analysis skills (Advanced Excel, pivot tables, and formulas).
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic understanding of Cloud technologies or Telecommunications (a significant plus).
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python or Shell (highly valued).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural team.
