Store Operation Manager – Efficiency Improvement

About the role

We are looking for a Store Operation Manager to lead efficiency improvement initiatives for our Xiaomi retail outlet in Bogota. The role combines personnel management, operational analysis and project execution to boost store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily management standards and processes for store staff.
• Plan recruitment, onboarding, transfers and terminations in line with business needs.
• Assess training needs, coordinate with headquarters and deliver empowerment programs.
• Set measurable sales and service targets, monitor GMV, mobile sales and other KPIs.
• Analyze business metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and propose efficiency enhancement plans.
• Oversee installment, trade‑in and warranty services, and conduct random store inspections for compliance.
• Manage overall store health and ensure operational compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in store operations.
• Strong logical thinking and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Proven project‑management skills from planning to delivery.
• High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent English (spoken, written and reading).
• Experience with well‑known brand retail management is a plus.
