Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design and evaluate AI‑driven consulting environments. You will translate real consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios that train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and benchmarking.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Produce clear documentation of scenarios, tasks and evaluation rubrics for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience creating financial models, market analyses and synthesis of messy data.
• Excellent written communication for client‑ready deliverables.
