About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead MySavant.ai’s full‑cycle recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role builds strong talent pipelines, partners with business leaders, and supports both client‑facing and internal positions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the TA team to deliver consistent, high‑quality hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long‑term talent needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, market insights, and candidate calibration.
• Align TA practices, processes, and strategy with company culture, leadership competencies, and talent standards.
• Translate hiring forecasts into sourcing plans, workload allocation, and performance goals.
• Develop multi‑channel sourcing strategies, including outbound, referrals, online platforms, partnerships, and strategic pipelines.
• Maintain a strong employer brand throughout the recruitment journey.
• Optimize candidate experience with clear communication, streamlined processes, and a high‑touch approach for critical roles.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or senior recruiter capacity.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes and hiring at scale.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, competency‑based hiring, and structured interview methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and align hiring with business priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Experience using recruitment analytics tools.
• Ability to design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies.
