Training Specialist (BPO Expert)

Main Missions

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs and processes for both new and existing associates.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that drive performance and engagement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date training materials and documentation.
• Evaluate associate interactions and provide personalized coaching to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor and guarantee compliance with client KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of back-office tools and processes.
• Act as a client advocate by recommending product improvements based on direct feedback.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in training, specifically within the BPO sector.
• Advanced English proficiency (essential for high-level communication).
• Strong educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A proactive "all hands on deck" mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong service-oriented approach.
