About the role

The Account Manager, Paid Media will own the performance of paid search campaigns for assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and platform representatives to design, execute, and optimise paid media strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain deep knowledge of paid media channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Develop and drive account strategies to meet or exceed client efficiency and growth targets.
  • Design, monitor and optimise campaigns, prioritising initiatives that deliver the greatest performance impact.
  • Create client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage client budgets responsibly and ensure all deliverables pass a rigorous QA process.
  • Lead weekly client calls, prepare agendas, and communicate performance insights.
  • Own relationships with platform representatives, vetting new opportunities and maintaining best practices.
  • Support the Account Lead in coordinating holistic client roadmaps across growth teams.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of paid search experience.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, bidding and testing methodologies.
  • Experience across Google’s search and display networks is preferred.
  • Proven client‑facing and project‑management skills.
